'Anatomy of Voice' is a book length poem which is part elegy, part meditation and part emblem book. In four sections, the first explores the phenomenology of voice and elegises a lost teacher and friend, the second includes images from emblem books, the third section includes the friend's actual voice as gleaned from his papers and letters, and the fourth is a brief elegy.
