This is the last installment in the series of three novels, a trilogy. The Bemba people of Zambia had a rich and extensive kingdom that rose to the stature of an empire. Originally, from Kola (present day Angola and Congo DR), under Mukulumpe "Mierda" Mubemba and Mumbi Lyulu Mukasa, the crocodile clan forged forward, reaching their echelon and crescendo under the reign of such great rulers (called Chitimukulu or great tree) as Chileshe Chepela, Chitapankwa and others. It's a story of love, betrayal, empire building, European invasion and the decline of African traditions.
