Saving Worms After the Rain is a novel of Central Pennsylvania History and Mystery. A young autistic man, (Aspen Winkleman), with psychic powers, is called upon to help find a missing teen girl in the small mountain town of Renfro, PA. He must try to use his psychic abilities to solve the mystery, and hopefully find the girl.alive. However, the woods hide many dark secrets and Aspen finds that his work there opens a huge can of worms. This story is a quick read, full of adventure and quirky characters, common to this part of the country. You will also encounter gangsters, the Klan and moonshiners. This is an entertaining read that may push you a bit out of your comfort zone.

It's a great adventure for young adults, 15 and up, who enjoy crime and mystery fiction.
