Dawn O'Neal was born in Washington State, lived in California, working in accounting and real estate. She and her Husband, Tom, moved back to the Pacific Northwest in Washington in late 2000 to a small town across the Strait of Juan de Fuca, just South of Victoria. Dawn now focuses her attention to writing books.
