By her own admission, Patricia is an uncomfortable person to be around. She is a rebel, a troublemaker, a round peg in a square hole - she sees things differently. She is not fond of rules and has no respect for the status quo. Patricia is a founder, a renowned serial innovator and entrepreneur with many years of senior management and business development experience under her belt. She has demonstrated many times, her ability to deliver high results on substantial projects both internationally and at home. In the early to mid 1990s she was a successful tech entrepreneur at home in Ireland. As founder and Managing Director, Patricia set-up Softworks Computing, secured venture capital and was recognised a Business Woman of the Year. The business is still going and employing around 50 people, although Patricia herself is no longer involved.

Over the past 20 years Patricia has successfully held company and divisional management roles in large multi-nationals and indigenous software companies, whilst lecturing across the University circuit. Over the last decade she has provided intensive hands-on support to over 200 high potential entrepreneurs for which she has won many national and international awards.You can agree or disagree with her, love her or hate her, but you simply cannot ignore her - because she changes things.
