Josh Oaktree is the managing director and founder of Oak Tree Comics, an independent press where imagination meets environmentalism. He is also the author of the young reader series Art & Oakie Ask and the middle-grade series Thorn the Unicorn. If he were a weird animal, he would be an Atlantic puffin-pixie. Why? Because he loves swimming, hanging out cliffside with friends, and occasional mischief-making. As a kid, he also had a beloved puffin stuffed animal. Unfortunately, climate change is one of the main reasons why Atlantic puffins are currently vulnerable to extinction. As the ocean warms, there are less fish for them to eat.
