Josh Oaktree (author) is the managing director and founder of Oak Tree Comics, an independent publisher where imagination meets environmentalism. His award-winning books for young and middle-grade readers include the Art & Oakie Ask series, Thorn the Unicorn , and The Weird Animal Hour . Aster D'Amico (illustrator) is a queer author and illustrator who has worked on a wide variety of projects from historical biographies to fantasy adventures and loved all of it. She hails from Cincinnati, Ohio, but now resides near Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Haley Rose-Lyon (editor and designer) is a Toronto-born, St. Louis-based graphic novel letterer who began her comics journey in 2016.
