Classified as creative non-fiction, this is the story of Philly Raccoon who has cerebella ataxia, searching for answers, getting into mischief, and teaching us all in the process. During the course of his research he also revisited the events that took place during the BSE (Mad Cow disease) crisis during the 1990's, evaluating the lessons learnt, and the possible impact for us today.
