Add in a huge travel obsession, the need to take lots of pictures at every stop and a love for the state of Arizona (plus an abundance of time off with the poor economy), designing and writing a book about the natural beauty of Arizona seems to be a logical next step.Barbara's travels started as a toddler, on road trips across the country with her parents to visit family. They always included side-trips to visit national parks and monuments, to make the most of each gallon of gas and to make the obligatory family visit seem more like a vacation.Barbara and her husband now own a timeshare, which necessitates dreaming up creative ways to use their points - seeing something a little different each time they visit the same place, or exploring new places altogether. This has added fuel to the fire of her travel addiction and has caused her to spend down-time day-dreaming about where they will go next.
