Rosalind Ormiston is a researcher, lecturer and author in art, architecture and design history. She lectures in art and architectural history at Kingston University, London. Her publications include J.M.W. Turner: Masterpieces of Art, Edward Hopper: Masterpieces of Art, Alphonse Mucha: Masterworks, Art Deco: The Golden Age of Graphic Art and Illustration, Erté, Origins of Modern Art, Michelangelo: His Life and Works in 500 Images and Leonardo da Vinci: His Life and Works in 500 Images. Professor Fran Lloyd is Professor of Art History, Director of the Visual & Material Culture Research Centre and Associate Dean for Research and Enterprise in the Faculty of Art, Design & Architecture at Kingston University. She received a Master of Arts for her study of Kazimir Malevich and the birth of Suprematism, and was awarded a British Academy scholarship to study at the Moscow Institute of Art History.


She has over 15 years experience of collaborating on a variety of international interdisciplinary creative arts projects across the museums and galleries sector. She also reviews publication proposals for publishers such as Yale University Press and the University of Florida.
