Amanda Owen is a shepherdess, farmer's wife, mother to nine children, a passionate photographer and a two-time Sunday Times best-selling author. Amanda and her family run a large hill farm, breeding Swaledale sheep at Ravenseat, one of the highest and most remote places in England. Amanda frequently shares on Twitter joyfully honest insights into the realities and day-to-day challenges of bringing up a large family, whilst tending to a flock of 1000! Amanda released her first calendar in the summer of 2014 with Graffeg, and has since released her second book, more calendars and two packs of cards featuring wonderful images from the breath-taking landscapes of the farm.
