Clever Phonics is as easy as 1, 2, 3 Step 1. Children work their way through 1 phonics book at a time, each phonics book has 4/5 letter sounds in. At the end of each of these books is a recap, first with a visual clue, then without. The children will earn a sticker at each stage. Each sound has a rhyme and an action. Step 2. After the children have read that phonics book, they can move on to a corresponding 'I can read' book, where they will be able to start to merge the sounds together to learn to read. Step 3.
