Steven D. Owens has been a Bible teacher for more than forty years and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Theology and a Master of Education degree. Steve is the president of Premier Preplanning Services and Manager for the Veterans Burial Program in Southern California. Steve has earned recognition as a multi-million dollar preneed funeral planning counselor from two national funeral insurance companies. Steve is an expert on Veterans Burial Benefits and speaks to churches, civic groups and veterans organizations on a regular basis.
