Reverend Wayne Palmer has been walking with the Lord Jesus for the past 32 years and is a living testimony of the powerful grace of God. Saved from a life of revivalism, he now witnesses boldly for the Lord wherever the Spirit of the Lord leads. Reverend Palmer has been entrusted with the Apostolic and Prophetic mantles as he teaches the Body of Christ and equips the Saints from another level of Kingdom living. He has ministered extensively across Jamaica and has done ministry in the Cayman Islands, the United States of America and the Eastern Caribbean as Psalmist, and Conference Speaker. His areas of specialization include Praise and Worship, Deliverance and Spiritual Warfare, Marriage Counseling and Leadership Training, Church Stewardship, Occultism and Cultism, and many other areas that are relevant to the advancement and edification of the Kingdom of God. He yearns for the unity and the maturity of God's people, preparing them for an end-time revival and the coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ. He is presently the Senior Pastor of Jubilee Worship Centre located in Spanish Town, St. Catherine.

He gives oversight to four registered independent churches in Jamaica and acts as mentor to many others. He also serves as a guest lecturer. Reverend Palmer is the happy husband of Melody for twenty two years and from their union has fathered their two sons, Stephen and Israel. He holds a Diploma in Biblical studies from the Jamaica Open Bible Institute (JOBI) now College Of Theological and Interdisciplinary Studies (CTICS), and a Bachelor of Theology, from Cornerstone University USA.
