After moving from the UK to Florida in 1991 Stephen Parnell managed offices for one of the largest mortgage companies in the U.S. before becoming an independent mortgage advisor. He has since aided hundreds of people relocating, buying second homes and investing in the Florida property market. Specializing in the relocation of Brits, Parnell holds both a State of Florida Mortgage Brokers license and a Real Estate Brokers license. A former citizen of the United Kingdom, he continues to conduct educational seminars in both the UK and the United States.
