Nancy was born and raised in the Merrimack Valley, Lawrence, Massachusetts, and graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BSN in Nursing. She has worked in schools of nursing, and hospitals, as a nurse educator, critical care nurse, and as a medical-legal nurse consultant. Her love has always been as a caregiver for the critically ill. However, when her children were young, and she was not gainfully employed as a nurse, she amused herself by writing this story about the geese. She also enjoyed painting with oils and most recently, watercolors.She wanted to capture the feeling of Spring in the pond and her incredible exposure to nature. She has found that being one with nature is a great motivator for change and creativity.She thanks you for reading her "Kids" book.
