As a professional storyteller, she has done pioneering outreachstorytelling in various institutions and offers workshops as well as conferencepresentations.RossitzaSkortcheva was born in Bulgaria and currently lives in East Providence, RhodeIsland, where she teaches at the Rhode Island School of Design. She has designedcovers and produced illustrations for more than forty books in Europe and NorthAmerica. Her artwork is in private and state collections, including the NationalArt Gallery in Sofia, Bulgaria.
