Thirty-eight million women are between the ages of 40 and 65-and many of them want to make changes in their lives. Or maybe they know where they'd like their life journey to take them, but don't have a clue how to get there. In What's Next?, journalist Rena Pederson explores the lives of successful women-famous and not-so-famous-who have redefined themselves in midlife and found fulfillment. Each chapter ends with a series of thought-provoking questions and suggestions that will help women learn from past experience-and make the right choices for the future.
