Professor J. N. Reddy is a Distinguished Professor, Regents Professor, and holder of the O'Donnell Foundation Chair IV in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Texas A & M University. As the author of twenty-four textbooks and several hundred journal papers, and a highly-cited researcher, Professor Reddy is internationally-recognized for his research and education in applied and computational mechanics. The finite element formulations and models he developed have been implemented into commercial software like ABAQUS, NISA, and HyperXtrude (Altair).
