Bishop James C. Richardson is presiding prelate of the Apostle Church of Christ in God, headquartered in Martinsville, Virginia. He has been a life-long member of that denomination, and is pastor of Mt. Sinai Apostolic Church in Martinsville, and served as a member of the faculty of William L. Bonner Bible College from 1997 to 2007. Richardson holds a Master of Divinity from Howard University School of Divinity, where he was a Protestant Theological Fellow and received the Vernon Johns Preaching Prize. He also holds a Doctor of Divinity from Richmond Virginia Seminary in Richmond, Virginia.
