Illustrated history of Wilmot Mountain Ski Area from 1938-2001. Includes the role of the Stopa family in developing the area as well as the development of the ski school and ski patrol at the ski area. Advances in snowmaking technology, ski instruction methodologies in the Central Division of PSIA are covered. Also covered are the development of the ski industry in the Midwest and the use of the area for sports car races for the Sports Car Club of America during the 1950’s and 1960’s.
