Jon Roberts published his first book Through the Eyes of Me in August 2017 as a dedication to his 4-year-old daughter, Kya, who had been diagnosed with severe autism. His second book, Through the Eyes of Us , focuses on Kya's relationship with her friend Martha, also on the autistic spectrum. Hannah Rounding is an artist and illustrator based in Cardigan, west Wales. She works as a freelance artist with various local community groups and charities, using arts as a tool for social change and improved well-being. Hannah illustrated Jon Roberts's books Through the Eyes of Me in 2017 followed by Through the Eyes of Us . She has also illustrated What Can You See? in 2019, a picture book by Jason Korsner.
