The Life of a Scouser
The Life of a Scouser The memories of a Liverpool boy from 4 to 10 years of age of life during World War 2 and then the boy's progression into adulthood in the Post War period and his various and varied civilian employments and life in the military. Then follow his wanderings as an O.A.T. (Old Age Traveller) around most of Europe in a campervan. Observations made of the different countries showing the differences and the similarities with the English way of life. There is a fair amount of wry humour and shows the frustrations, in particular with the British banking system of money transfers.
