Enrique Acosta González is the President and Executive Director of LATINOS100¿, a legacy-centered leadership community dedicated to honoring Latino stories, elevating Latino voices, and inspiring the next generation of leaders. As the new steward of this powerful movement, Enrique brings to LATINOS100¿ more than three decades of leadership experience across military service, executive coaching, organizational development, entrepreneurship, media, and community impact. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Enrique served for 26 years in the Meteorology and Oceanography Command, rising through the ranks to become a Command Senior Enlisted Leader. His naval career placed him in high-stakes environments where clarity, discipline, communication, and calm decision-making were not optional - they were essential. During his service, he held roles ranging from Observer and Master Forecaster to Command Senior Enlisted Leader for three commands. He became a Certified Master Forecaster in Surface, Aviation, Anti-Submarine Warfare, Special Operations, and Hydrography, and served aboard multiple ships, including USS Vincennes, USCGC Jarvis, USS Essex, USS Kitty Hawk, JS Kirishima, and USS Iwo Jima.
His deployments took him across South America, the Mediterranean, the Pacific, and the Atlantic, shaping him into a leader with global perspective, operational discipline, and deep respect for service. Today, Enrique is the founder and Executive Leadership Coach of Triad Leadership Solutions, where he works with senior leaders and executives who carry significant responsibility and want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and sustainable impact. His coaching philosophy is direct, practical, and deeply human. He does not focus on shallow motivation or generic leadership theory. Instead, he helps leaders examine how they think, decide, communicate, and lead when the pressure is high and the stakes are real. This makes him uniquely equipped to lead LATINOS100¿ into its next chapter. Enrique understands that legacy is not created by titles alone. Legacy is created by the lives we touch, the people we develop, the courage we model, and the doors we open for others.
His own life reflects the mission of LATINOS100 to transform personal story into collective strength.
