Jonathan Rose is a master trainer with 32 years of experience training people of all ages and specializes in working with seniors and people with Parkinson's. He is concerned about people who sit too much, don't exercise, and live inactive lives. His vision is to inspire, motivate, and help people develop the habit of exercising to get in their best shape, achieve their health and fitness goals, live an active, healthy life, and enjoy all the fantastic benefits of exercise. Jonathan is the creator of the Exercise Habit Formation System, designed to help people develop the habit of exercising with others so they can support and encourage each other to make exercise a part of their lives. He wants to help people plan and prioritize their workouts and do what is important and meaningful to them. He also wants to teach and help people get on a well-rounded exercise program to improve in many fitness areas, such as getting stronger, becoming more flexible, strengthening their core, improving their balance, becoming more agile, and increasing stamina, endurance, and energy. He wants to help people enjoy the fantastic, cumulative benefits of regular exercise by finally starting and staying on an exercise program. He wants people to read affirmations that express how excellent exercise is, regularly, to be reminded of how it has and can powerfully impact their lives.
