He has published over 100 children's books, including Were Going on a Bear Hunt, which has become a revered children's classic. Talleen Hacikyanis an innovative artist and printmaker whose work has been exhibited internationally. She has been featured in over 70 solo and group exhibitions. Talleen illustrated Aesop's Fablesretold by Michael Rosen for Tradewind Books, which garnered great critical acclaim. She lives in Montreal.
