In this research paper, a sincere attempt has been made to formulate and implement the concept of Hofstede's Global Cultural Dimension Index (HGCDI) in honor of Geert Hofstede - one of the pioneers of cross - cultural study in organizational dynamics. The major purpose of HGCDI is to serve as an index with respect to the changes (either increase or decrease or both) in the individual cultural dimension indices and the Cumulative Cultural Dimension Index (CCDI) (which is expressed as the sum of all the six cultural dimension indices) respectively. The other important objective was to estimate the regional surface areas for HGCDI with respect to the individual cultural dimension indices and CCDI as well, which can give us the idea of the rectangular or polygonal space between the X - Y axes within which the cultural dimension indices get bounded, or simply, operate. In this context, one major factor has to be kept in mind that the regional areas of the cultural dimension indices and CCDI are liable to changes in values subject to the changes in the values of the variables overtime. There always remains the scope for further advancement of research in this interesting topic subject to addition of relevant data, more in - depth research about cross - cultural study, and may be, by an increase in the number of cultural dimension index.
