Since humans have more awareness than billions of non-human creatures, they see stars, moons, gas planets, solid planets and the Universe as far as scientists and telescopes can take us. Memory and reason allows us to bring forth a multitude of questions and answers and as we look at the Universe we see innumerable miracles. As members of the human species, we have an obvious awareness that supersedes all of the non-as-aware living beings on this planet and that allows us and similar humans with questions to discuss such a subject as that which is within this book Soul and Other Philosophies.
