Dr. Franco "Frank" E. Santos is a veteran of the United States Army and a dedicated educator whose professional life has been defined by a deep interest in human development, psychology, and the veteran experience. After serving as a Combat Engineer and patrolling the Korean Demilitarized Zone, Dr. Santos transitioned to a career in academia and public service. He has served as a Training Specialist with the Department of Veterans Affairs and held an advisory role within the U.S. Army on matters of education and collegiate liaison.

As a former adjunct professor of psychology, he has spent years teaching the next generation about the complexities of human behavior, motivation, and mental health. Dr. Santos holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Psychology and a doctoral degree in Education.
