WE NEED TO STOP LIMITING PREACHING WOMEN AND HOLD UP THEIR HANDS Now, more than ever, the church needs all (hands) on deck to achieve the gargantuan task of reaching the lost with Christ's saving knowledge. We have no time for exclusion. We must embrace the call of men and women chosen, gifted, and anointed to work in the father's vineyard. Hold Up Her Hands! ¿ ¿ encourages women who are confident of their call but afraid to step out of the shadows, boldly move out front, or take their rightful place ¿ provides strong, solid, and biblical support affirming women in church leadership ¿ provides clear, logical, and nearly unassailable justification for women's equality in the ministry ¿ provides a message of truth and support for women preachers, teachers, and leaders ¿ shows that many long-held ideas about women in the church are biblically unsupported, misunderstood, and misguided ¿ silences unsupported biases, uneducated suppositions, and the egotistical chauvinistic ¿ challenges the limited and distorted textual evidence used to restrict and limit women, encouraging deeper investigation, accurate textual interpretation, and fresh cultural consideration We should stop accepting the biased and unchallenged views and interpretations of those who are uneducated, academically lacking, and threatened by gender issues. Instead, we should embrace the words of the Prophet Joel in Acts 2:17, which states, "In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy." This prophecy is now being fulfilled.
