Rajesh Sharma is an essayist, critic, editor and literary translator. He is the author of In/disciplines: Notes on Politics, Culture and Education (Three Essays Collective, 2014). His writings have appeared in Film-Philosophy, Brevity: A Journal of Concise Literary Non-Fiction, World Literature Today, Intersections: Gender and Sexuality in Asia and the Pacific, Tangentium, Chandrabhaga, Economic and Political Weekly, Mainstream, The Book Review, Hard News, and the Journal of the School of Languages (JNU). He is co-editor of South Asian Ensemble: A Canadian Quarterly of Literature, Arts and Culture. He is a Professor in the Department of English, Punjabi University, Patiala, India.
