Rob Silzer is Managing Director, HR Assessment and Development Inc. and Doctoral Faculty, Graduate School, City University of New York. His consulting practice focuses on leadership assessment selection, and development; and HR talent practices. Rob earned a Ph.D. in IO / Counseling Psychology, University of Minnesota. His publications include Strategy-Driven Talent Management, The 21st Century Executive and Individual Psychological Assessment. Rob was awarded the SIOP Distinguished Professional Contributions Award and the SCP International Award for Excellence in Consultation.


He is a Fellow of APA, APS, SIOP, & SCP. Rob is an adventure traveler and lives in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, NYC.Dr. John C. Scott is co-CEO and co-founder of APTMetrics, a global consulting firm delivering advanced talent management solutions to leading multinationals. With 40 years of experience, he has designed high-stakes leadership and assessment systems worldwide. John co-edited seven books, including the award-winning Handbook of Workplace Assessment and Next Generation Technology-Enhanced Assessment. He is a Trustee of the SIOP Foundation, served as SIOP's main UN representative, and was editor-in-chief of Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice.Walter C. Borman received his PhD in I/O Psychology from UC Berkeley. He is former CEO of Personnel Decisions Research Institutes and Professor Emeritus at the University of South Florida. A Fellow of APA and SIOP, he served as SIOP President in 1994-95. Borman has authored over 350 publications and served on editorial boards of major journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology. He was editor of Human Performance (2006-16). His honors include SIOP's Distinguished Scientific Contributions Award, the M.
