Mike Simmons is a retired police officer. He is an author and public speaker. In 2020 he published his first book, Pensacola's Finest; the story of the men and women of the Pensacola Police Department. In 2021, he published I'm a Dead Man; The link between the John F. Kennedy Assassination and the unsolved murder in Pensacola. He has also published Pensacola's Finest in Pictures and Stories of Pensacola's Finest. Mike and his wife Jerri live in Pensacola. They have three children and seven grandchildren.
