Glenn Smith, founder and president of International Western World Outreach Center, Inc. (a.k.a. Rodeo Cowboy Ministries), was an exrodeo professional and rancher. Ministering the gospel with a western flavor, Glenn was ordained to full-time ministry in the early nineteen seventies. Preaching and teaching the uncompromised Word of God, Glenn and his wife, Ann, have traveled throughout the U.S.

and many other countries. International Western World Outreach Center has established offices in Australia and Mexico, as well as the central office in the U.S. With special emphasis on the western world, Glenn has pioneered many cowboy church services and campmeetings, including those at the National Finals Rodeo and the World Cup Rodeo in Australia. As a result of the extreme move of God in the western world, an explosion of cowboy churches has occurred throughout this country as well as others.
