Paul Smith is a Canadian author, advocate, and storyteller whose writing explores resilience, connection, and the quiet magic of unexpected perspectives. A former registered nurse who worked in high-stakes ICU environments, Paul acquired PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) - an experience that reshaped his life and ultimately led to an early retirement. Writing became his sanctuary, a way to process trauma and rediscover hope.
