Big Cat for Little Wandle Fluency has been developed in collaboration with Wandle Learning Trust and Little Sutton Primary School. It consists of a range of chapter books with increasing word counts across 15 fluency levels aimed at children in Years 2-4. Each book builds reading confidence, stamina and speed and nurtures a love for reading. Fluency 11 books have a word count of 6000 words with an expected reading rate of 125 words per minute. Madhu and Marcel host their own radio show covering local news and sharing fun stories and jokes. But when people calling in to the show report that not one but three cats have gone missing, they turn detective in a quest to bring their listeners the truth.
