Susan Stein, RDN,LD , is a registered dietitian with over twenty years of experience in nutrition education. Susan provides nutrition counseling in areas ranging from wellness and weight management to disease management and prevention. Previously as a classroom teacher and health educator, and now as a consultant dietitian, she enjoys the opportunity to work with individuals who are seeking a healthier and more fit lifestyle. Vivien Well is a graphic artist and educator with over twenty years of experience in illustration and graphic design. She uses computer software in a variety of settings to produce layout design for webpages, logos, brochures and other marketing materials. Her creativity extends to mixed media art forms that include original works in mosaic, watercolor and collage. Vivien is an artist who continues to enjoy the challenge of expanding her talent to new forums and formats.
