Andrew Steinmann is Associate Professor of Theology and Hebrew at Concordia University in River Forest, Illinois. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati, a Masters of Divinity from Concordia Theological Seminary (Ft. Wayne, Indiana) and a Ph.D. in Near Eastern Studies from the University of Michigan. He is the author of three previously published books, a forthcoming commentary on Proverbs and over twenty-five articles and essays in national and international publications.
