The latest of Tristan's Stephenson's hugely successful The Curious Bartender books sees him taking a dive into the world of agave spirits. He embarks on an epic journey across six Mexican states, with photographer Addie Chinn in the back, and their translator, tequila go-to-guy and font of wisdom, Pancho, at the wheel. They start in the world-renowned Tequila Valley in the state of Jalisco, before heading east into the highland region of Los Altos.
