Chambers Stevens has eleven books in print. His Hollywood 101 ¿ series is published by Hollywood Blvd Press. Chambers is a graduate of The Conservatory of Theater Arts at Webster University & one of the founders of The Nashville Shakespeare Festival. When in LA, Chambers is a respected acting coach. Actors he has coached have appeared on CBS, NBC, ABC, Netflix, The Disney Channel, plus countless films, theatre productions including Broadway shows, commercials, and video games. As a television actor, Chambers has appeared in fifty commercials. He has also appeared as the title character in three award winning TV shows. First The Steve Spots, which received six Emmy's and a George Peabody Award, then Funnybones, which received an Emmy for "Outstanding Children's Program," and finally GeoScout for which he received a personal Emmy nomination as "Outstanding Actor in a Children's Series.
" He's married to producer Betsy Sullenger, who written and produced films for Disney, Warner Brothers and Paramount. They have a son, Twain, whose play Charlie the Spatula premiered at the Geffen Theatre. Since then father and son have written three plays for all produced at the Lounge Theatre in Hollywood.
