Joshua Stillman is a H.O.P.E. Officer, (The Humanitarian Order Protecting Earth) in charge of catching domestic terrorists. He has been upgraded with robotic red blood cells and a sophisticated implant rendering his eyesight computerized and fully connected. Now, in 2059, the police force has been privatized for the last 30 years and catching terrorists pays very well.
