Laurie Suber has been an educator for many years and served as a librarian. The many years in education have inspired her love of children, books and learning. She also loves the outdoors and going on adventures especially around South Carolina with a focus on the South Carolina State Parks. She is a four-time Ultimate Outsider, which means that she has been to all of the parks at least 4 times. She also loves to take photos and uses them as a focus in her books. She is from Newberry, SC and a graduate of Winthrop University.
