Author is Japanese. He was born in Japan in 1 May 1951. He has been conducting research in the field of Development Economics. Development Economics is a field of economics which is concerned with the poverty eradication of developing countries. Besides Economics, he has been thinking of World Federation and World Government since he was a student of junior high school. Until around 1995, he could not find any book on the World Federation and World Government. But around 1995, Internet began to diffuse. on the internet, people can have a contact with many likeminded people.

He founded World Government Institute and World Party and now is working for the establishment of World Federation and World Government.
