This book discusses the theory and new techniques in the examination of intraocular fluid. In the first part, authors introduce the collection, preservation and transportation of intraocular fluid, items of examination and common laboratory testing methods. In the second part, the diagnosis of infectious uveitis, non-infectious intraocular inflammation, masquerade syndrome and other diseases are covered. In each clinical case, fundus photography and ultrasound photos are also provided.
