So many times in life we hear advice, make a plan, or have an experience where we decide this is what we need to do from now on. This could be a complaint from a loved one who needs more love, or a daily practice that will change our life over time. We decide we are going to do something everyday to make a positive change, but then we forget. Too many times we know the things we need to do, but forget to do them.
