Eugene H. Taylor is a Chicago native and veteran of the United States Army. An avid basketball player since grammar school, he can regularly be found at the neighborhood park offering his expertise to the youth playing ball on the courts. Eugene's passion is helping youth to be the best they can be. It is not surprising that he works in a field where he counsels and mentors youth daily.Eugene often wrote short, non-published, stories for the enjoyment of his family and friends. It is because of their motivation and encouragement that his first fictional novel, Tommy (2014), was completed and published.Eugene resides in Willowbrook, Illinois where he still works with youth and is currently working on his second novel.
