Gwendolyn Carole Tipton's book, The Prayor: One Who Prays, is a yearlong daily journal with 365 Bible Verses and Prayers, as well as space for readers to write their own prayers. This journal is designed to help start a new conversation with God, enabling the reader to move forward in the journey of faith. "Prompting" words are provided to help simplify the writing of prayers and to aid in focusing on the essential parts of prayer. Tipton's second book, Feeling Wheels, is a book of poetry with messages of celebration, reflection, and emotions. There are 250 poems and songs of praise and love. The Prayor: Worships with Isaiah is her third and newest book, which is being published this month. This book, as well as her first two books, serves as a means to help the reader improve one's own communication with God. As a writer, she hopes the books encourage others to write and pray daily and begin a conversation by using a journal.
All three of her books are available at Smith and Hannon Book Store (513-641-2700). You may visit Tipton at her website: www.gwendolyncaroletipton.com.
