An old redwood tree is the the home of a very special forest artist. She colors the plants,birds and animals in brilliant color combinations. One day she is startled by a grizzly bear. She runs off without knowing what the bear really wanted. She returns to the tree only to find that a unicorn has left it in a mess. The bear helps her clean up and she realizes how she has misjudged him just because he never smiles. She paints a friendly grin on the bear and they both learn a lesson about making a good first impression. Great rhyming tale is a sequel to author Janet Tlachac-Toonen's story, Cozmo's Wish.
