Scarborough, Maine, native Sabin Lomac is the cofounder of Cousins Maine Lobster, a start-up food truck business that has grown to over 75 units, including both gourmet food trucks and fast-casual restaurants. In 2012, he and his cousin, Jim Tselikis, opened a single food truck in Los Angeles, looking to bring the authentic Maine lobster experience from their childhood to the West Coast.
