Simon Watt is a biologist, writer, science communicator, and presenter. He runs Ready Steady Science , a science communication company dedicated to making scientific information engaging and accessible, delivering science-based performances in schools, museums, theaters, and festivals. He has worked on nationally touring science-inspired theater productions, performed stand-up comedy focused on science and natural history, and created educational resources and events for leading UK cultural institutions, including the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum. Simon has written dozens of articles for national newspapers such as The Times , The Sunday Times , and The Independent , and he is a regular contributor on radio and television. He is best known as a presenter on the BAFTA-winning documentary series Inside Nature's Giants and the Channel 4 special The Elephant: Life After Death .
